I respectfully ask you give 48 hours for cancellation/rescheduling on all appointments. If the appointment is canceled after 24 hours the card on file will be charged 50% of the service total. Same day cancellations and No call/no shows will result in a 100% charge, along with the sevice charge card fee. TWO no shows and unfortunately you will not be able to book with me anymore. DESPOSITS - Reschedules within 48 hours will lose the deposit & another one must be put down in order to rebook. Any cancellations will lose the deposit! Same day cancellations/no shows will be charged a fee and asked to pay a deposit in order to rebook. ** Also, when paying for your services with a card, my booking system charges a 3.5% fee. ** Please make sure you are confirming your appointments so I know you are coming go your appointment. Your visit is important to me and is a reserved time curated just for you! I understand that things come up, however my time is just as valuable as yours. In the unfortunate case you are unhappy with your service, you must contact me within a week of your appointment and I will do my best to accommodate a complimentary retouch.
